Remembrance day parking fine anger

Shropshire Star: Disabled war veteran gets parking ticket while attending Remembrance Day parade

Remembrance Day is a traffic wardens' biggest pay day. That, and the day they switch on the Christmas lights. I might get round to publishing those one some time in January

Given that the fines are always cancelled by the council, scared of the bad publicity, yu wonder why the wardens even turn up on Remembrance Sunday. Probably for the overtime, I s'pose. That and the fact they're all Nazis, getting their own back after all this time.
